At 7:00 p.m. Mark Burdolski called the meeting to order.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA

Mark Burdolski moved to approve the agenda as submitted.  Keith Johnson seconded and the motion carried.

ADOPT RESOLUTION FOR 2011 BUDGET

Chief Sielert showed proof of publication for the Resolution in the July 16, 2010 issue of the Gardner News.  Mark Burdolski moved to approve the Resolution for the 2011 Budget as submitted.  Keith Johnson seconded and the motion carried.
